Refund and Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy
At CRAFTherbbs, we follow a strict No Refund Policy. Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is applicable only for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
No cancellation requests will be accepted for prepaid orders.
However, order modification may be allowed only if the order has not yet been shipped.
To request a modification, please email us at info@craftherbbs.com with your order number and modification details.
Return to Origin (RTO) Policy for Prepaid Orders
In the event that a prepaid order is returned to origin (RTO) due to reasons attributable to the customer — such as:
Incorrect or incomplete address,
Unavailability at the time of delivery,
Refusal to accept the parcel, or
Any other customer-related issue,
No refund will be issued for the order amount.
If the customer wishes to have the same order or product re-shipped, they must bear the re-shipping charges.
CRAFTherbbs will process such re-shipments only after the additional shipping cost has been paid in advance by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
While refunds are not applicable, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@craftherbbs.com.
Our team will review your request and may provide a replacement after verifying the issue.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of re-shipment requests, new shipping charges will apply as per standard rates.

CRAFTherbbs reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
All updates will be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
